• Profile Data: Users have the opportunity to enter profile data, such as an avatar image and a public username. This information is publicly accessible and can be viewed by anyone on the internet. By default, this data is optional and initially left blank.
• Discord Profile Data: Users may connect their Discord profile, allowing us to store the ID, avatar, and global username in their profile. This information is publicly available and can be viewed on the internet.

1.2 Log Data & Cookies

• We collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Site. This Log Data may include your computer’s Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser type, browser version, and the pages you visit on our Site.
• We may utilize cookies and similar technologies to gather information on your use of DifyShare and to provide you with features.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Service Provision and Improvement: Your information enables us to deliver and enhance our services, including the sharing and management of Workflows.
• Communication: Your information allows us to contact you with newsletters, marketing materials, and other information that may interest you. Users must opt in for newsletters and other notifications. System messages related to account creation, password resets, changes to our terms or privacy policy, and data export requests will be sent automatically. To unsubscribe from these system messages, you must delete your account. You can unsubscribe from newsletters and notifications via the instructions included in those communications or through your account settings.
• Discord Profile Usage: With consent, we will utilize Discord profile information to render your username and avatar on the FlowPage and to mention users in Discord posts when Sharing Workflows.

3. Information Sharing Practices

We will not rent or sell your information to third parties outside of DifyShare without your consent, with the exception of circumstances outlined in this Policy.

• Account Information and Settings: You can update your account at any time by logging in and adjusting your profile settings (/settings/profile). Account settings are initially empty and not publicly shared.
• Data Export: Users are entitled to request a data export that includes all personal data from their profile settings (/settings/security). This request may be made once every 30 days, and creating the export may take up to 30 days. Upon requesting the export, users will receive an email confirmation, followed by a second email containing a download link once the export is ready. User data will remain accessible until explicitly deleted.
• Account Deletion: Users may request account deletion, which will result in the removal of all associated data, including shared Workflows and uploaded files. If a data export is requested during account deletion, user data will be deleted only after the export has been created. Upon deletion request, all personal and account data will be erased, but the data export will remain accessible for 14 days post-creation. After this grace period, all personal data will be permanently removed.

5. Minimum Age Requirement

To use DifyShare, individuals must be at least 16 years old. By using our Site, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement.
