Terms of Service (ToS)

1. Definitions

• Workflows: User-generated content uploaded in YAML format.
• Users: Individuals who access or use DifyShare.
• Service: All services provided through DifyShare.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DifyShare, you agree to be bound by these Terms, including any additional guidelines and future modifications. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use DifyShare. We will notify you of any modifications to these Terms via email or through our platform.

3. Registration and Account Security

• Users can register by providing an email address, creating a password, or using GitHub authentication.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities conducted under your account.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Users can reset their password through the account settings.

4. Content and Use of Service

• Users can share Workflows by uploading YAML files. DifyShare generates content for these Workflows including titles, descriptions, tags, and summaries, along with the dates of initial sharing and last updates.
• Uploaded Workflows are initially in draft mode. Users are obligated to verify that the content does not contain any sensitive or personal data before publishing.
• Shared Workflows are publicly accessible, and you can choose to be listed as the author using your username.
• By uploading Workflows, you understand that they will be treated under the Unlicense. A copy of the Unlicense can be found at /licenses/unlicense.
• Users can connect their Discord profiles, which will store the fields ID, avatar, and global name in their profile. If users opt in, this information will be used to render your username and avatar on the FlowPage and to mention users in Discord posts when sharing Workflows.

5. Account Deletion

• Users can request account deletion, leading to the removal of all associated data, including shared Workflows. Upon account deletion, all personal data will be deleted.
• In compliance with GDPR, users may request a copy of any personal data retained by DifyShare upon account deletion.

6. Liability

• DifyShare is not liable for content uploaded by users or for any damages resulting from your use of the Service. Users are solely responsible for the content they share.
• DifyShare disclaims liability for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.
• DifyShare's liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the User for the use of the Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

• DifyShare provides the Service on an "as-is" basis without any warranties or representations of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Newsletter Subscription

• Users may subscribe to our newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in each newsletter. The newsletter will be sent monthly and may contain updates and relevant information related to DifyShare.

9. Modifications to Terms

• We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of DifyShare after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Disclaimer

12. Beta Software

DifyShare is currently in beta. As such, all data may be subject to deletion during this beta phase. We will notify users at least 14 days in advance before any potential data deletion occurs.

13. Right to Delete Data

We reserve the right to delete all data and discontinue the operation of DifyShare if we can no longer maintain the service. In such cases, we will organize backups and aim to provide users with the ability to request a copy of their data at least 14 days
